Well finished with tough vynil outer casing , though like many other spin lock fittings ,they can work loose.

These hurt my sons wrists after using for a while. I think if I were to buy more weights online I would get the bars bent to support wrists. They are awkward to assemble too. Bit pricey for what they are

It's OK for what it is. The bar is very short but it does OK for its price.

Ideal for a beginner to see if working out is for them but whilst the dumbbells are fine the vinyl discs will need replacing with cast very quickly if used well.

I can't weight

The weight plates are made of cement encased in a thin hard plastic cover which make them brittle and chip easily when dropped. The collars keep getting loose during usage due to a lack of grub screw to hold them in place. The dumbbells bars are of good quality and of the right length. They are the only parts of the dumbbells I kept and the rest were thrown away and replaced by cast iron plates and good plastic collars.

Home use

I was happy with the dumbbell set itself, it was the badly damaged package they came in that left me disgruntled, it was so bad!
