These gloves are great for loading the woodstove, the extra long arms prevent forearm burns if you accidentally touch your arm to the doorframe when you reach in.

I use these to protect my hands and especially arms while loading wood into or sorting ashes from coals in our fireplace insert - no more scars from painful burns. I was using regular welding gloves but still got burns on my arms because they were too short.

Bought these for handling large wild raptors for rehab. So far they are great. Have protected my hands from bites and talon grabs.

Excellent for rough dog play. Wont save you from the biting pressure but saves from tooth and claw scratches.If your dog knows not to bite your hand even if you're wearing a glove....this is perfect.
