Finally I can retire my wet saw
I tried on a 24 inch porcelain tile, every cut is a perfect cut except the very first one. Very quick, very clean -- much more clean than wet saw (and this is the main reason I look for a manual cutter). There are some lessons:1) Cannot press the middle or any part away from the end point, you will crack the tile, 100%. Only press the very end part of the tile.2) Cannot cut one side too narrow (less than 1 inch in width) and other side is too wide. The press is about 2 inches wide it will not apply any pressure on tile strip narrow than 0.8 inch.Other than these, I can say every cut is a perfect cut. Comparing to wet saw, you save a lot of time, and save a lot of effort to clean thereafter.

Not bad!
Worked great cutting 5/16 porcelain tiles. Worth the cost.

Retiled my bathroom
This made quick work of straight cuts. I already had a tile saw; but the cuts from this were both cleaner and faster than using the saw. I did about 400 square feet of tile, and the thing still looks and works like brand new. I used both matte glazed porcelain tile and high-gloss (glass-like) tile (as well as a bit of actual glass trim) and the cutter worked with all of it. Like I said, I already had a tile saw but bought this anyway, and I'm very glad I did. This was my first choice for cutting tile -- I only used the saw when a cut was too complex for this cutter. You need to use it correctly. More scoring is *NOT* better: one solid, clean, continuous score. Don't stop, don't go back and don't redo it. Do it once correctly and then snap it. 95% of the time it will snap clean and easy. Thin cuts (where the cut is, say, 1/2" or less from the edge) can get dicey: sometimes the snap won't stay in the score. If the thin area is what you're cutting away, you can usually clean up the extra bit with the saw. If you *want* the thin bit, use the saw from the beginning. Compound cuts will need the saw, though I would usually cut the short cut with the saw and score and snap the long cut.In short, this tool was fast and smooth to use. Recommended, even if you already have a tile saw.

well worth it
So much faster than a wet saw and works great with 24" tiles. You can't easily snap off a 1" or less section with this but for larger cuts it's well worth the money. Works as advertised. Buy a couple practice tiles before you get started as there's some finesse needed with the scoring that takes a bit to get used to.

This makes DIY tile EASY!
The media could not be loaded. In the video you will see that i did not use the break function and that is because it doesnt always break clean. However, the technic I used is fast and easy.

Don't Buy This Saw. Doesn't cut Floor tiles cleanly. Can't return. Don't get stuck like me.
Looks good and many reviews state it works well. It does not snap 12x24 floor tile cleanly. Works ok on thinner tiles but not floor tiles as they are thicker. Disappointed. I bought but did not use for a month now the return window has closed. Don't wait to try/use it. Shame on Amazon. No more internet purchases. Buy from a local store for more protection.

Happy I purchased.
This tile cutter worked perfectly and flawlessly. Price better than the big box stores. Would purchase again.
