Makes a huge difference, but tastes vile.
Have been taking for about 3 weeks and my hair is softer, growing quicker, and my nails are really growing.I can't drink it on it's own, it's like a thick syrup consistancy. I mix it with orange juice & soda water and drink it down asap. It's really really sweet, berry flavour but with a definite hint of something very yuk. I recommend drinking a glass of water afterwards.

Second bottle I’ve purchased now! I don’t normally think these things work and are an expensive but I wouldn’t be buying another bottle if I didn’t notice a difference.I’ve always been really lucky with good/clear skin so haven’t noticed any change there but my hair on the other hand, is curly/frizzy/thin/annoying!! I blow dry my hair and use as many products as I can to volumise it, and yes they last for a bit but this collagen has just made my hair feel thicker from within! It feels thicker and stronger! I was really worrying as I had been noticing loads falling out when showering but I’m not seeing this anymore and it just doesn’t feel thin. It looks healthier!Definitely give this a try, I didn’t really notice much difference until the 2nd week of using so give it a chance!
