I really like the taste...I take a few teaspoons in water...I use a water bottle so I can shake it up vigorously but a coffee frother works well tooAs an added benefit, I usually hold and swish before I swallow because its supposed to be really good for mouth health

It helps with my vertigo. I take 1/4 tsp every 1-2 evenings (in a flavored drink.) I have Lyme Disease. Been doing this for years.

Bleh
It is a brown powder. it made a brown tincture.. not the desired result. Japanese Knotweed tincture should be like yellow food coloring, so dark yellow it looks red and when you shake the jar a very vivid yellow sticks to the glass for a few moments. It will make salves almost neon yellow.I ordered the bulk slices, and they came today so I'll make pictures for comparison soon.
