Not a velcro patch, so once it's on, it's on.They recommend Iron on - it does come with heat activated glue on the back - but this makes it like a plastic backing, so really difficult to get a needle thru if you want to hand sew on instead. This is the only reason I've given 4* as maybe could have been sent it as patch plus a glue disc if you wanted to use that option. Can't pick it off.We wanted it for the dog's other harness which has no velcro. The instructions say iron on from reverse of fabric, but not sure the glue will attach to the webbing properly due to the thickness, as the heat can't penetrate. Might have to get the sewing machine and/or hot glue gun out!

It is about palm sized and fits perfectly on the breast of my big dog walking coat (parka type coat). It is easy to apply with wonder web, and has stayed on through plenty of rain, but not too thick as to be difficult to sew either. It has a shiny backing, making it durable. It is well made and I’m all pleased to have a cute detail on my doggo coat!

Great iron on patch used to hide a rip in a jacket. Needs a lot of heat to melt adhesive so put towel under the item and ontop of patch and hold for a good while when heating with iron

Going to sew it on my Sherpa hoodie I love it.

I was expecting a hook/ loop badge not an iron on one
