I would like to take an opportunity to write an honest opinion ...
I would like to take an opportunity to write an honest opinion about the book. First, I would like to appreciate Mimi Ikonn for bringing out a such a beautiful awareness into this world. It appears as a subtle thought about balancing both the masculine and feminine energies within our selves and in the world but it such a powerful thought and awareness which would be wonderful if all of us actually try to balance both these energies for the greater good for ourselves and for the society too. I want to break it down to few points which I absolutely loved about the book.1. I would like to talk about the cover page where it shows a beautiful blend of red aura which is all about powerful, energetic, grounded, realistic, active, competitive, confidence energies with the blue aura which is about caring, loving, intuitive, open, creative, nurturing, communicative, generous, fear of self expression energies which when balanced will attain the pure bliss of Intuitive, visionary, futuristic, idealistic, artistic, magical energies to violet aura which is the greatest goal in our lives to achieve.2. I really liked the way Mimi weaved around the thought so beautifully in explaining the essence of understanding our own strength energy and adapting to counter energy in a most practical illustration. The best part I personally liked is the book does not allow you to fight against your own strength energy in fact it makes you aware of how beautiful the energy as in and the different ways to start explore the other energy which we are not aware but inherently we possess it.3. I absolutely liked the different case studies used in the book. Each case study has it's own unique message about how to balance both the masculine and feminine energies. And, at the end of every chapter talking about how important these energies are to us and how to be aware and how important to balance both the energies. I did not felt like I was reading a book. In fact, I felt like having a deep conversation with someone.4. I liked the illustration of Dr. Bolte Taylor's fascinating TED talk. It is such an inspiring talk for those who are struggling to balance both the feminine and masculine energies.5. I loved about the greater Bingo part. Let me explain why I absolutely loved it. It talks about how imbalance the world is with just one energy dominating and causing so much chaos to every being on this beautiful planet. It is our responsibility to find peace and balance within ourselves and also helping others equally as our lives and how to care about people, animals, nature .I would once again thank and appreciate Mimi and her team for their beautiful work to bringing out such an influential thought which all of us should be aware constantly be working to achieve that balance and to lead a blissful life.Keep up the Good work!!!!Lots of Love to Mimi!!!!

BINGO to this Book!!! Very helpful even to those well-versed in self-help
BINGO to this book!! I am NO STRANGER to self-help books, and spent a good decade of my life swimming in them (haha, can you guess which energy is my dominant one? If not, read this book and the answer will be obvious!) I also work as a couples and family therapist and so I didn't think this book would be anything "revolutionary" for me, as the title claims, but I have to admit I was stunned at how it was exactly what I needed to read at exactly the right time (thanks Universe, you never cease to amaze me!). I already want several of my friends to read it! It's such a "shareable" book and one that you could have endless conversations with friends about (haha, or maybe only if you're a feminine-energied female like myself!)The concepts in the book weren't brand new, and if you're into philosophy or self-help you've heard of the idea of masculine and feminine energies and needing to balance those energies before (Pat Allen's Book "Getting to I Do" comes to mind, which I noticed was one of the books Mimi referenced in the bibliography), but the WAY that Mimi put it all together and explained it in such simple, clear, concise language really WAS brand new. The way she explained things and the way the information was presented and the way the case studies were broken down really resonated with me in a way that this type of thing has not before by any other author (including the aforementioned Pat Allen book). Mimi's take is also refreshingly modern, non-sexist, and inclusive. One area of my life in which I'm currently struggling is in my career and trying to determine next steps. I have been struggling with a lot of "existential angst" and trying to figure out what to work toward next after having spent 6 years at my current job and meeting various goals I had. I've been feeling lost. I've been trying to coach myself and some ideas came to my mind about things I should try doing, but I wasn't really implementing them. I kept asking the Universe for a sign, and I am still laughing at how well Mimi's suggestions on how to balance your energy applied to me. Like the EXACT guidance I had received from my own inner wisdom, but was doubting and struggling to implement (omg more feminine energy!) were emphasized and confirmed for me by Mimi through her book. Now I KNOW I have to implement the guidance. I don't feel that "doubt" about whether my intuitions were correct. I know what I need to do. I feel so much more resolved and inspired now to actually IMPLEMENT the advice she gives (which is exactly how she says her feminine-energied friends feel around her...I agree, thanks Mimi!!) And as if all of the "signs" I received from it weren't enough, just in case I had any doubts, one of the case studies was of a "Lily" who was feeling lost and her feminine-energy had taken over. Lily is my name!!! (Ok, I REALLY get the point Universe!)Anyway, long story short, I'm so happy I read this book, ABSOLUTELY worth the $9.99 I spent on it for Kindle, and definitely one I will be sharing with friends. I'm a long-time fan of Mimi's but I'm also very honest (that's one area where I HAVE developed and worked to balance my masculine energies) and my honest feelings are that everyone could benefit from this quick, straightforward, and "revolutionary" read :)
