Kosher Calcium Citrate 250 Mg. 250 TAB

This is the best type of calcium supplement to get. An integrative doctor I went to about 2 1/2 years ago had me start taking this. Since this is a hard tablet, it obviously has no flavor, which doesn't matter since you swallow it whole. I track how much calcium I'm getting from food products, use this product to bring my daily intake up to where it should be. It's a great product, the price is great for what you get.

Liked that it is stand alone calcium and not combined with other nutrients.

High risk for fracture, need to take calcium supplements

This pill was extremely difficult to swallow even when I cut it up in many pieces - became so powdery plus still the pieces lodged in my throat and caused horrible throat and stomach pain. I am ordering these pills now from Bayer in petite size - hopefully this will work. I never have had a hard time swallowing bigger pills - this was the first time and horrible experience.

recommended by Dr after surgery. It meets the requirements. Taste is ok but they are huge and hard to swallow. Only 4 stars because of size
