Not Nylon rope, It is a cheap plastic made rope. It wont withstand heavy weights.

Its on lower side of price compare to other options available on the portal however this price is right for the quality. Its hard nylon braided rope and fit and finish is not top notch. The beads at the ends are also substandard.

I really satisfied with the product. Nice as well as good quality build the item value for money.

The rope completely changes the way you target your triceps and back depending on how you use it.The product itself looks durable with metal connector which is brittle metal but stillMetal. I mentioned brittle because it looks like it will break if it falls down.For ₹200 odd including delivery, I’m not complaining. Go for it, your triceps will thank you later. :)
