Dangerous and unsafe
Please do not order this if you have any intent of keeping your young children safe. I ordered these ahead of time before my 4 and 5 year old grandchildren came to visit. The straps where they attach to the vest WILL TEAR AWAY WHILE YOUR CHILD IS SWIMMING !!!!!This happen just as one of the boys was starting to feel comfortable in the water. One strap shredded at the stitching. This cause the vest to float up in front of him tipping him backwards so his face went under water. They were here 10 days. Both vest failed. They are unsafe and should be removed from Amazon.

Bought this for our 2yr old. Came up too high at the neck/chin area and the safety strap broke the first time we used it.
