The phone did exactly what the description said it would do. I need a phone that I could take on my overseas trip. I visited several different countries and needed to use a different SIM card for each place. It was very easy to switch out the cards and to activate the service plans. One of my travel companions had a similar phone by a different manufacturer and she wasn't able to get her phone to work with the UK SIM card. I'm so glad that I didn't have that same problem.
