pretty decent! the dark gray was still not dark enough so i had to add a bit of black paint to it and it worked! you can only see the difference in the light or if you look real hard

Purchased in February 2025 and tried to use it in April, the sand color was not useable and was the color I needed. It was chunky and appeared to have fibers so it would not mix or stick to the leather I was trying to repair. Not sure if it arrived that way or got that way from sitting a couple of months. The other colors (white and beige) appear to be fine.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this, but after reading many reviews and watching "how to" videos, I wanted to take a crack at repairing some of the discoloration in my 2012 BMW X5. I will tell you I'm blown away with how well it works.In the first photo, in the red outline, you can see where I started to apply the finish. That's just the first coat, and it made a huge difference. The second picture is the finished driver's armrest area. (I neglected to take a "before" photo. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much, it was only after using it did I see how great it worked and then decided to write an honest review that came from someone who wasn't paid, didn't receive the product for free, wasn't affiliated with the company, and has no vested interest in whether this product fails or succeeds.)The third photo is a before pic of the front passenger side handle; notice the discoloration along the edges. The last photo is that area finished.I got lucky, the Sand Color (which I thought was going to be too dark) matched PERFECTLY, so I didn't have to mix colors. I will say it looks great.Here's some pointers:- Start with very light coats, drying them lightly with a hair dryer in between applications.- Do several LIGHT coats, if you go heavy in the application, it is more prone to crack and peel.- Use a Q-Tip to apply the finish in tight spots or in-between the stitching.- Dab small drops of the product on with the included sponge, then lightly buff in a circular motion. Do not apply too much pressure.- Let dry for at least 24 hours, preferably 48. The longer it cures undisturbed, the less likely it will come off.Inevitably you are going to need to re-apply down the road on areas that get worn the most, but certainly a great option.

A few years ago, I ordered a leather repair kit for my side chair that had a seat cushion in desperate need of repair. It took me a few days to mix the right colors to perfectly match the beige color, patch the worn area and complete the work. It turned out great, but about nine months later there were two small areas where the color was gone. The kit I used before was no longer available but I found this one which seemed to come close to what I needed. When the kit arrived I tested two of the three bottles, and to my delight one matched the color perfectly! I applied it as directed to the seat and now it looks as good as new again! So happy I found this product!

Used red mix to re-dye a pure red Honda motorcycle seat that was badly stained. Was able to match seat nearly perfectly. Take your time applying and use even strokes with the provided sponge for great results. Easily applies, washes with soap and water, dries in about 24 hours. No mess, no smell, matches textured grain of vinyl if applied correctly. I used a hair dryer between coats.
