It works well but be careful if you’re sensitive to antihistamines. This made me fall asleep for hours. I could not stay awake. It felt like I took two Benadryl pills. I prefer the midol with caffeine!

First pill I bought for my daughter to manage cramp pain. She gets anxious about taking pills but this one is small enough and she is fine with taking it when needed.
