It fits well around the toilet and seems sturdy. It's new, so only time will tell how good it is. But as of now, we are satisfied. Only one issue, one spanner is inadequate to tighten. We had to use our own to fabricate the frame. For someone who doesn't have their own, it can become a problem. Added later: the frame tends to get stains so obviously it’s not pure stainless steel but didn’t really expect that for the price.

I ordered this product for my parents who have lower back and knee issues. The product is easy to assemble, value for money and quite sturdy. It aids in sitting and getting up from the pot. A point to note here is that both are currently mobile on their own and don't use any other assistive aids to walk. Hence they can manage a free standing guard-rail. I'm not sure if this product is suitable for those with other assistive aids.I'm happy to have this product. I have spread the word within my circle of family and friends.

Not 100 kg as claimed in product specification. Not sturdy. Tilts forward whole sitting and standing. Possibility of falling on the ground.

Works great it is steady and solid works much better than the portable commode we used to use. This works great she can now stand up without someone helping to steady her. Easy to assemble and install! I ordered this item upon the recommendation of my mother's Physical Therapist and she is very pleased with this Safety Frame. Work’s great!!

Average qualiy, value for money, ease of assembly, good performance. Width adjustment is the only difficult.
