I’ve found that if I mix this with my electrolyte packets at night using my milk frother — it’s just fine.It relaxes me and slowly eases me into the evening. It’s the best for calming down / getting ready for bed.

I wanted to like this stuff, but the taste, texture and its ability to dissolve make it tough. The first time I tried it, it was fine in flavor but chalky when chunks would not dissolve. The second time a week or two later when I had the courage to try it again, the same thing happened. This time though the taste became worse. The third time I filled a glass with a small amount of water and took it like a shot. I really wanted to like this, but I just can’t.

I rarely ever write reviews but this product was extremely disappointing. I normally buy the Calm brand which is delicious but the ingredients in this product looked very promising. It’s extremely clumpy and doesn’t mix well, also the flavor is the terrible! It’s absolute disgusting and I have to mix it with juice, take a deep breath and chug it.

I liked how this product didn’t have a strong/potent taste when mixing with water. It had a subtle orange flavor to it. After drinking it before bed, I did feel more relaxed. However, the product didn’t mix well with water, and didn’t completely dissolve. I was worried when drinking it I would be able to feel the texture of the powder since I could see it, but I was surprised when I didn’t.

I love all the supplements in one convenient mix. I’ve had several other powder supplements that did well when mixing. This one falls short, to me. The taste is okay, not too strong. But it doesn’t fully dissolve in cold or hot water. I get a layer of sediment on top every time. No mater how much I mix or how hot I get the water.

Love this powerhouse blend of ingredients Magnesium, Ashwagandha & L-theanine, 5HTP! In the past, I have taken all these supplements separately so I love the convenience of having everything in one easy scoop. The flavor is light and refreshing not overpowering as Blood Orange can sometimes be. I recommend this brand to everyone that I know and it's a staple in my home. I hope to see more winged products on Amazon! :)

I try in cold water and it had hard small clumps. I tried in boiling hot water, still didn't dissolve.Very disappointed in product.

Not sure about the effects bc I couldn’t get past the taste after 3 sips. A bland citrus flavor with waaaaay too much chalky aftertaste
