Bought three of these and connected two of them straight away and they have been worked fine. Bright lights and timer works perfectly . Plugged in the third one a few weeks later and it flashed for a second and did not turn back on. Happy with two that worked and seller happy to help resolve the problem with the third. No complaints

Remember this is very basic product with price to match - the actual ‘string’ is wire and acts like wire not a string……awkward to hang if that’s what you’re afterWas bit random on which USB power source it would work with…..

Lights are as described. No remote control. Disappointed.

Really easy to install and wire is not very visible

I purchased these for our dining room after putting them up only about half are bright and the rest are dull - wish I had only bought 10 m set so will buy another make of usb lights to cover the 10 m of dull leds

The media could not be loaded.  What a really sweet, pretty set of lights these are. They describe themselves as ‘warm white’ but to me they seem almost a golden yellow - maybe that’s something to do with the copper wire’s reflection (?)The little LED lights are tiny ‘fairy’ lights but are very bright. The copper wire is very fine and flexible and so where and how you arrange it is very versatile.It is powered from a USB plug so you can connect it to an adapter in a mains socket, from a pc or laptop. Or, for more flexibility, you can power it from a rechargeable power bank.You can control it - on, off and a wide variety of different flash patterns - either with an in-line button at the point it connects to the power pack. This is a push button that cycles from off, through the different patterns to full on and finally off again. Or you can use the remote control where you have buttons for each type of flash pattern as well as dimmer/brighter buttons and a timer to make sure you don’t forget and leave them on all night (though I haven’t actually tried the timer out yet.). When on full brightness they provide a lot of light.Attractive, versatile and very good value for the price.

The media could not be loaded.  You can do an awful lot with this usb string lightening as it's so versatile. As you can see from my images it comes with a remote control but if you look on the usb you'll see a blue button. That is for you to change the mode manually(especially if you lose the remote). The remote allows you to dim the lights and also it has 8 modes to it from chasing lights to jumping and it also has a timer. You really have no instructions with it so you may have to look on the product page. The copper wiring looks really nice. You get about 200 lights which is a good length if you need to hang it up in the garden for example.It doesn't state on the box how long it is but it gives you dimensions for everything else though. It's supposed to be waterproof too because they say you can put it in the garden but it won't work unless you have it plugged in at all times as I'm sure it's NOT rechargable. ( i plugged it in for about 2 hours the other day and ive just tried to work it both manually and with the remote without it being plugged in at the socket and it didn't work) but as soon as I plugged it into the plug socket it worked. Anyway it's a very good product
