Essential reading for Franchisees, Franchisors and would-bes.
I was literally nodding my head at every sentence in this book. The franchisee-franchisor relationship can be very complex and this is the first book I've read where the author "gets it". This man knows what he's talking about and relays the information in a very human and relatable way. All franchisees and franchisors alike must read this book. It will 10X your understanding of each other and so everyone wins. Here's to a wealthy future.

Game changing read
Early on, Scott mentioned that there will be game and life changing information for franchisees in this book. From beginning to end were valuable and practical stories, bits of information and advice on things directly related to operating a franchise the most efficient way possible. Most of the content can be applied immediately and pay dividends just as quick, financially and personally. Great read and I recommend it to everyone looking for a wealthier lifestyle as a franchisee or business owner.

The Bedside Bible for Franchise Owners
Whether you are considering purchasing a franchise, struggling to keep one afloat or trying to maximize your existing opportunities, The Wealthy Franchisee has something to offer - not least of all because of the personal franchising success of its author, Scott Greenberg. Warm, engaging, humble and full of hard-won anecdotes and helpful visualization, this accessible guide is as likely to inspire you as to nudge you to see if he's available for direct coaching. (I have no idea, but he should be.)As the former owner of multiple Edible Arrangement stores, Scott - together with his TEAM, he would be quick to remind you - was able to win significant leadership and customer service awards from the franchisor over thousands of other competing locations. He knows what he's talking about because he's been able - again, he'd be quick to remind you, his TEAM has been able - to build meaningful relationships over minor transactions and with long-time vendors and employees. This is not a book about optimizing scheduling, effective labor hiring through holiday seasons or other legitimate tactical matters of concern to the franchisee entrepreneur. Those are important, but those seem to be second level concerns here.It is a personal, funny, generous approach to managing the mental game of success, the real driver of success. And above all, it is about building relationships large and small, every hour, ever day. Page after page there's the sense of a genuine leader who's in your corner. You can't fake that.Through anecdotes from his own career and life experience with other franchise owners, Scott is able to get at the mental challenges that present the greatest obstacles to entrepreneurs large and small. Reading the Wealthy Franchisee describes who you have to be - even GET to be - to create relationships that grow, customer experiences that matter and, yes, make a lot, a lot, a lot of money in your chosen opportunity. You will recognize the psychological challenges of self-doubt, catastrophizing, needing to be right, and a score of other behavioral traps that sandbag your success. Oh, and help you make a lot, a lot of money. And it's fun. There's a Scene from an Italian Restaurant, a business owner with greater focus than a Zen monk, 7th grade algebra class anxiety, and an unforgettable anecdote about text messages Scott solicited from a live audience. It would be a spoiler to tell you more. The advice here is sage and hard won from a long-time successful businessman. Numerous testimonials from major franchisors speak volumes as well.A relentless evangelist for your business success, Scott has written the bedside bible for franchise owners.

Bad condition of product
Received the product with dog ears all around. Looks like a pre-owned product rather than new.

Good reinforcement and new thoughts
The book gave sone solid advice. Even stuff we think we know is better when reinforced. And some great new, thought provoking concepts. Definitely should be read by prospective and current franchisees, and franchisors!

THE book to read if you're a franchisee or looking to become one!
As a former franchisee and now franchisor, I'm grateful that this book was put together. It was a great read and I'd recommend it to any franchisee (and franchisor). If a franchisee is going to read one book, this one should be it! It compiles a lot of important concepts from so many books and ties it all together to make it relevant for a franchisee. I had so many highlights from this book to share with our franchisees and staff! Great job!
