Nilodor Tap A Drop Original

I ordered this for my children's hamster cage, well for the outside of the cage to neutralize the odors between cleanings and the smell is an acquired smell. At first, I noticed that it masked the smells, but then not so much. It doesn't work at all in kitchen when I sauté onions. I doubt if this would neutralize smoke odors, it says so, but if it can't do it for onions, then I doubt it. I feel like I wasted my money once again on another online item I was convinced to buy from reading the reviews. I must think twice before ordering stuff. I would not recommend this product, unless you like the strange scent it gives. It's tolerable, but after awhile it smells annoys me.

I think this is the same stuff that we used in a hospital that I worked at years ago. It does have a strong smell initially but it handles some pretty rank odors. My kitchen garbage can was a bit ripe, even after the trash was taken out. The weather was horrendous and I didn't feel like taking it outside to scrub it out so I tried two drops of this and the stink was gone. It does have a strong smell that dissipates over a day or so but it seems to remove rather than mask stinky odors. When I used this (if it was this) at the hospital way back when, we would put a drop or two on a cotton ball in a med cup when needed and it did do a good job of freshening up patient rooms on those occasions when it was needed.

Hmm. So it kind of works. It's a strong scent and I think it does trick the nose a bit. But it unfortunately also smells EXACTLY like the chemicals used to deodorize public restrooms. Probably because it is! Nilodor is primarily a supplier of janitorial products, and I believe they actually market this formula in different packaging as a commercial odor killer.If I use it, my room smells strongly like a public restroom. The very public kind that sees heavy chemicals, like a bus station or department store one. A bit too literally, as the Nilodor blends in with the smell of rat waste as opposed to camoflauges it.I think this could be good for garages, outdoors, commercial spaces .etc. It kinda works.

Love this product! A couple drop instantly adds a fresh scent to an entire room or even my garage! I put a couple drops on the exterior of the cat litter boxes when the smell is bothersome. And this summer, it really helped out when my garage started smelling really bad from some stinky garbage bins (that contained the trash from the aforementioned litter boxes). I put a couple drops in those trash bins and a couple more drops in the garage itself, and immediately ... odor problem solved. Results seem to last for quite some time (weeks, perhaps). Amazing how well this stuff works! One little bottle lasted a long time, but I am finally about ready to order my second bottle. GREAT PRODUCT!

Powerful. I use it only when there's a powerful odor of some sort. Some odors just require a powerful product - It works for various odors from the mundane to unexpected in the home, and it's really nice to have on hand. You never know! The scent of it is gonna be way better than what you use it for, most likely. Try to keep it off your fingers and eyes. Just keep the cap clean use a cloth etc to open it. I never regret having it around, esp when I'm nauseated more by an odor than a powerful product.
