Panpastel Ultra Soft Artist Pastel Seascape Set

Q: When i got my pan pastels a couple of them where not packed down. Is there a way you can pack them back down?

I have gotten a lot of my reorders this way. The problem is most suppliers don’t understand how to properly pack the individual pans for shipping. I usually carefully open the pan and press the pigment back into the pan using my thumbs. It helps if I warm my hands prior to pressing it back into the cake form. It’ll require using the soft tools and sponges more gently than normal to load the colors for painting, but it works fine for the most part. I make sure to send a review to the shipper explaining how badly packed it was when I received it and suggest better packaging when shipping loose pans. They need to know the PanPastels need more careful packaging to arrive in good condition.
