Great Product
Overall great product. I've been having some mobility issues and decided to add Treatlife light switch dimmers, outlet dimmers for my lamps, light switch and ceiling fan combo switch throughout my house. So far, I love it! My friend was able to easily install all the light switches, download the app, and do the complete set-up without any issues. I've had the Treatlife products for 6 months and haven't had any major issues with the app or switches (I have an iPhone). The only issue I do have is sometimes I select a light switch to turn on and a different light will turn on. For example, say I select the "Kitchen" light to turn on, but instead the "Bathroom" light will turn on. It's a little strange when I have guests over because they freak out wondering why the lights are randomly turning on and off. LOL I haven't connected it to my Google Nest, so I can't speak on that. I like how this switch has a routines, timer, countdown, and dimmer settings. That's been very convenient. The cover plate is really nice. It's a matte white color and screwless. Also, these switches work well with HALO canless recess LED lights. I bought mine at Home Depot. When the lights and switches were first installed there was a strange flickering when they first turned on, but after a few days all the flickering went away on its own. Their customer service is great. I bought all the switch at once during a home renovation. My electrician didn't finish rewiring my kitchen until 5 months after I purchased the switches. I thought it was a long shot, but decided to email the company for a replacement despite their 30 day return/replacement policy. I explained the situation and they gladly sent me a replacement. It arrive quickly and I didn't have to ship back the other one.

Great Customer Service
I use Smart Life app for all of my smart switches and outlets. This light switch was immediately found when the power was connected. I don't know if it's the light or the app, but I do feel it could be brighter. The installation did give me a bit of trouble as the first switch I had would get power, but not turn on the light. Also, since this is a three way smart switch there are two red wires. I did have to switch them around (once I got a working switch) to get it to work properly. It turned out that the switch was defective, and customer service did try their best to help me figure it out. I ultimately figured it out by replace another treatlife three way from a different room to the location. When I told them this, they immediately sent me a new switch. It works perfectly. I changed all my switches from wemo to treatlife. They are fully integrated with Alexa and work perfectly while wemo never stayed connected. I also have a mesh system! Always an issue with wemo NEVER an issue with treatlife. I will probably need to change my smart plugs to treatlife too!

Great products, easy to install and the app is good! However, it has one design flaw.
So I have converted all my home switches and dimmers with treatlife products and overall I highly recommend them. Here the key things to consider, the good and the bad. DESIGN: The design is great and they come with face plates as well. The face plates are snap-on style which is great as it dosent show those screws that traditional plates show. However, if you still want your traditional plates, you can use them as the switches have the provision to put screws on. INSTALLATION: The installation is very easy and the instructions are very easy to follow. Make sure you have a NEUTRAL WIRE, typically the white wire. The box comes complete with wire nuts, screws etc. But the best part is that it comes with little pre-printed lables that you can put on your existing wires which makes installation Very easy. I did have to buy some larger wire nuts for my ground and neutral as some of them already were 4 cables and adding another 1 was too big for the wire nuts provided. INTEGRATION: was very easily able to integrate them with the treatlife app, and then with Google Home and SmartThings app. You can build your scenes/or IFTTT within treatlife app itself and the app has timer functions built in. Google Home commands are very intuitive. I was able to build a scene in google home to turn the downstairs or upstairs or the entire hime light as a group quickly. Further, I was easily able to build IFTTT for some secondary rooms (like pantry or garage) to auto-turn off after set amount of time everytime automatically. THE BAD STUFF: My only problem with the three pole dimmer is that it leaves the second dimmer on the circuit useless. So, as per treatlife customer service, you only need to replace one dimmer on a two dimmer circuit on the lead side. I had traditional dimmers on the circuit on both ends and I was able to control my lights with either dimmer. Now, after installing the treatlife 3 pole dimmer, the smart dimmer works great, but the second dimmer is useless. So if I want to not use it as a smart dimmer, I have to walk to the treatlife dimmer and use it. But it does work fine with google voice command etc. I checked with treatlife customer service and they confirmed the 2nd switch cant be a dimmer, it should be a non-smart switch. I think this is a desing flaw and should be fixed somehow. Hope this review helps. Enjoy!

DO NOT INSTALL IN YOUR WHOLE HOUSE - SWITCHES INTERFERE WITH EACH OTHER
I did a whole home renovation and installed 3 two-way switches (6 switches) plus another 6 single pole switches. I tested the switches with the lights to ensure they worked before wiring my full house. I wired a single pole switch and a two-way switch in separate rooms and noticed no issues. I then wired my entire house with these switches. That's when I noticed different lights in various rooms would flicker when setting the dim setting to low or medium. I contacted the company and they said when multiple dimmer switches are on the same circuit they can cause electrical interference with each other which results in flickering or other issues. I didn't notice this during my initial tests because both rooms tested were on separate circuits. This is a huge issue that they should post on the listing in bold. Instead, I wasted time and money getting them setup to find a huge flaw in their switches. I ended up keeping the switches as the cost of replacing them was too much. Instead, I made sure to set the dimmer values high enough to avoid flickering. Well they have been installed for 3 years now and are dying. 2 of the two-way switch pairs just died and the other 3-way switch is randomly going off and on. Now I am in the process of replacing all of them with a name brand.

Excellent Operation Once Installed
The Treatlife 3-Way Smart Dimmer Switch was the 2nd stop in my smart switch journey. The single pole switch was a simple straight forward installation. Moving up the the 3-way switch, while still simple, was not straight forward. There's still the challenge of getting the switch and all the wires to fit in the gang box. The bigger challenge is understanding how 3-way stitches are wired. Treatlife does a good job explaining this in their instructions as best they could given that not all wiring is the same in every house. First of all I learned that in a 3-way installation 1) there's only one 3-way switch while the other switch is a single pole; 2) the 3-way switch is to be place in the gang box where the load wire comes in from the electrical box. While it stated that this most likely is the switch closest to the electrical box, this was not the case with my installation. And since my installation was a separation between ceiling fan and ceiling fan light, the wiring wasn't text book and the neutral wire was not in the gang box. Luckily there was a switch directly the switch I was replacing that had a neutral wire that I was able to tap into. Once all the installation concerns were ironed out, the Treatlife 3-way switch easily was recognized by the Treatlife app and discovered automatically by Alexa. As with the single pole, I right away was able to either use my voice, switch, or app to turn on, turn off, or dim/brighten the ceiling fan light. I'm very happy with the product and I learned something about wiring while I was at it.

Works as advertised, but lose connection to wifi a few times
I bought 10 of these Smart Dimmer 3-way switch, installed by electrician. They work as advertised. Only need one Smart 3-way switch for one night, the other switch can be a dumb switch. Sometimes, the dimmer may cause the light to flicker. I have these installed for over 1 year, but lately a few switches started to "disconnect". Alexa would say the switch is not responding. Checking the app, said device disconnected and had to re-connect. While the re-connect is successful, it requires the device to be added to Alexa and Google Home again. And I had to re-connect on premise. It defeats the purpose to try to control the lights remotely.
