Withing minutes after receiving this book I had answers I had been unable to find any place else! I have sinced learned all sorts of things not included in RIM's scanty literature or web site.One negative - poor editing. There are numerous errors in spelling and grammer - some of which should have been caught in a spell or grammer checker. But this is still a very worth while purchase.

This book is great. We have used it quite a bit to help us understand our new Storm. It is very easy to read and understand the applications. It is much better to use than the Storm manual that comes with the phone.I doubt we would have been able to fully understand our Storm as fast as we did without it.

This is a very good and near complete review on the workings of the Storm and how to navigated through it effectively. Loaded with plenty of tips and shortcuts. I recommend it especially for those new to smartphones and the Storm.

If you have a storm, it's a easy book to learn all the things you probably don't know about the unit.
