QC25 returns to glory
The original padding of Bose QC25 had disintegrated. Was looking for an original replacement but that is quite expensive. Hence bought this item from Amazon. Found the replacement pads quite satisfactory. The Bose QC25 has returned almost to its original glory. Differences I noticed from the original were that the supplied blue striped inner pads and the around ear pads both are thinner than their original. Fitting them was quite easy, took 5 mins. Overall satisfied. Now lets hope that they last for sometime.

One pad does not fit properly
The construction of the pads is good and these are comfortable too. However, one of the two pads doesn't fit properly and keeps on falling off. The price is also a little high.

Fits perfectly!
Got these as a replacement for the original cushions that had become sticky either due to age or damp weather. Fits my headphones perfectly, but it is a bit difficult to slip into place. After lots of trial and error, I figured out that you have to press the cushions (first pinch them inwards) until you hear a click when the teeth settle into place. This is described in the instructions, but is a bit difficult to visualize and follow. Other than that, the material seems to be of good quality and the sound is fairly good, especially with the noise-canceling turned on.
