Buy this book if you ever hesitated about achieving your dreams
This is an amazing book that everyone should read at least once. It tells of the determination and perseverance of a man who with no means and illegal became the best neurosurgeon in the world. I personally have the privilege of knowing the man and his enthusiasm is contagious. When you read the book you understand why and what motivates him every day. He was given a second chance. You don’t have to desire to be a neurosurgeon to enjoy this book, only to be the best you person you can be.

Excellent read. Truly inspirational. It certainly portrays the true meaning of being a Latino immigrant in the US. Showing the struggles that one must go through to adapt to a new society and succeed in a strange country. A+
