Battery drainage problem, cap not close properly, naice cancellation is very poor.... Total waste of money

These have been my favorite headphones! I love the bass boosted music, the customizable sound, the wireless charging, the look, the battery, the ambient mode, and the USB type c connection. They would be perfect but... I have ordered and returned these a total of 3 times and 1 pair of indy ANC... the same problem keeps coming out of the the box or after a few months of use. When put into the charging case one of the buds refuses to charge the earbud... such a disappointment and such a hassle. I got a pair for my fiance and thankfully hers is still going strong. I wish there was some consistency of functionality.

I wear these for yard work and when I move about, turn around, bend down, stand up, the audio cuts out, like It's losing Bluetooth communication with my device.I haven't been able to get them to work with phone calls. I'm busy doing what I'm doing, listening to audio from my phone, someone calls, and I have to stop what I'm doing, take my phone out of my pocket turn off the Bluetooth and disconnect from the earbuds, so that I can take the phone call through the phone. Unbelievably frustrating. The whole point of these is wasted.If I touch them just right, they unpair from each other, and there's no way to pair them without putting them back in the case. This is extremely problematic if I'm out on a run or at the gym, or on an errand, or in the car or in the yard... so basically, in order to avoid this, you have to take the case everywhere you go. So stupid.Even when you do have the case, it is extremely complicated to get these two pair together again. I had to go online to a bunch of different forums, and none of the solutions worked. This was after I went to Skullcandy support online and was on successful following their own directions.All in all, these are horrible. Don't waste your time or money.

Bought these renewed..They worked great for about 90 minutes, then 1 cut out.. Could not get it working with the other one, finally got it working but the other one stoppped..Reset them and started over..Worked great for about 90 minutes then stopped again..I put them in the case to charge overnight, next day reset them they were working put them in their case went to work.. Put them on at work, one was not working, same one each time..Got a return approved and got a return label..So I had to drive 98 miles round trip to drop them off as I live too remotely for regular package pick up.. The cost on the shipping label was $16.90 to return them..Between the gas the postage would have made it cost more than I had paid for them delivered..So into the trash they went all wrapped up in a newly labeled package right in front of the package place..Would not recommend the earphones to anyone, after the issues I had with them..Would have left 0 stars if I could..

I bought these because I thought they worked with the Tile GPS app. It does but is difficult to find with Tile app. If you are using the Tile app to find the Left or the Right earbud it doesn’t seem to make a loud enough sound to hear. You can adjust the Tile sound to try to impress hearing earbud sound off. The sound coming from them sound like chirping birds. Otherwise they are nice earbuds. The case holds a good charge but thr earbuds do not. Sound quality is good. They stay in my ears better then other ones I have purchased.

I had another pair of these and wanted an extra. I had to do a reset to get these to pair, but followed the instructions and they paired right up. They came packaged like brand new, I could not tell the difference.Both these ones and my old ones occasionally lose connection in one ear, but I just stick them back in the case and pull them out again and they reconnect.
