A good journaling pen
I bought this pen for journaling but it is also good for drawing too. It writes smooth and the tip is fine enough to write on graph paper.

impressive
if you like pigma microns but you want to use it with cheap notebook paper like me (graph paper for practicing writing japanese) you will find that while they can write extremely finely if you use a light touch, if you press any more than necessary, which easy to do, the line weight varies by a lot because the tip is so lacking in rigidity and robustness. from what i can tell of them, pigma micros are made only for drawing and they don't do well with writing because people tend to write only thinking of what they're writing but not how they're handling the pen. these pens are a great alternative, they write extremely cleanly and finely. if you're using 4x4 graph paper and you're doing something complicated like writing kanji, then pens like this are pretty much a necessity unless you want to get paper with larger squares and write bigger with something like a .5 or .7 pen like 3x3 graph paper or even 2x2. i also ordered a 3 pack of the pentel energel .3 and both of them are excellent but i think the hybrid technical is just barely better. it's probably just a matter of preference, i would be perfectly happy and satisfied with either of them.if you like retractable pens and you want a slightly larger barrel and you don't mind the clip being there at all times then the energel is great. if you want a thinner barrel and you want the cap clip to be removable for a nice clean barrel with nothing to get in the way then get the technicas.

Been using for years - a favorite fine point
I’ve been using these for writing and sketching for years, and they are pens I always come back to, always have one in my bag. Clean, sharp, fine line. Quick setting, works on a variety of paper. When fully dry, works well with watercolor. Highly recommend.

Great pen but only got 1
Where are the other 2? I bought an 3 pack of .3mm pens. Oddly enough the package is unopened but there are supposed to be 3 pens. Seems like sketchy reselling of pens. Poorly packaged too. Buyer beware.

Pentel Hybrid Technica 3mm pen is an excellent fine point pen.
Delivery was prompt. Product--Pentel Hybrid Technica 3 mm pen--is fine. Have used this type pen before and liked it very much. That's why I ordered new ones.

The pen itself is great, but...
I bought a pack of 3 pens and only received one. For the price of these pens, I'd like my entire order.
