4 g beta alanine is good enough to produce the tingling sensations on body as early as 15-20 minute after taking half of packet in half glass of water. I have seen boost in my workout performance. Personally I have always found gyming very boring but since 1 month I'm very focused in my workouts & I enjoy it. I have not observed any side effects. I use cranberry one , Taste can be improved. Value for money.

I am using this since last two months. Used it for a month, then a gap of 15days then again. I felt the difference. It has the perfect combo of LArginine, BetaAlanine, Citrulline Mallate and Caffeine. Having it 10minutes before workout gives a solid boost to the energy. Very much useful for people who are doing some real heavy workout. Moreover the price is also reasonable compared to the other brands.However don't take this without consulting a certified trainer. Absolutely not needed for people doing light workout.

If you think this is a Pre Workout After Looking At Its Different Packing and The Branding Then You Are In For A Big Surprise Because It Is Useless and Pathetic l. It is Simply Colored Water And Nothing Else. No Sensation In The Body, No Effect, Horrible Taste. I Wish I Could Give Negative Stars. Please Don't Waste Your Money On This Crap.
