Very nice faucet for less than half the price of others. This faucet is a great surprise to us and totally useful. You can see it looks great and functions well. The pull out sprayer keeps the entire sink rinsed out. Most other faucets we were looking at were over $200. Saved money and got the looks and functionality. Win win win.

Great faucet, easy to install

It works as advertised and the price is right.

I had to return this because there was no "deck plate" so the faucet would just spin around and the two other holes would be showing. It should have been supplied with a deck plate. An optional deck plate was mentioned in the instructions received with the faucet, it should have been offered at the time of purchase. Too bad, it's a nice faucet.

This was a necessary upgrade. The water pressure alone is completely better with this faucet. This is a quality product. Please take this review for what it is worth. It’s a must and no it was not difficult to install.

Arrived with hose and sprayer separated from faucet. Thought it would screw on. But screw does nothing. It was simply broken. Also I did not order mounting plate, because every other faucet has worked and no mounting plate II included. There was only like a footnote saying that you have the OPTION to order a mounting plate - with no reference to the fact that you’re almost certainly going to need one.Also, ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I can’t even find a listing for Bravebar anywhere on the Internet that has anything to do with any kind of plumbing. It’s like they’re a ghost company, nothing but a name, no accountability.

I was concerned about buying this faucet because some reviews stated that it leaked under the counter. I installed mine and it also leaked so I started a refund. Then I noticed the last thing the instructions say is make sure the pull-out sprayer hose is tight where it connects to the sprayer. Mine wasn't as tight as it should be. Once I tightened it as much as possible the leak stopped. Most people don't read instructions and I'm no different. The reviews that mention a leak may have had the same problem as I did. Read the instructions!This faucet is great for the price and the water comes out like a firehose, unlike the low GPM faucet we replaced.
