Helps alot
I ordered combo pack of Biceps and legs. During biceps workout you can use it for extra effects on biceps but make sure that tight it only 70% and wight is moderate. Use during Biceps dumble curl, with dumble,rod or cable and in hammer curl also. Don't use more than twice a week. Product quality is good and it's stretchable and fit to all size biceps. Loose after every set of exercise. Thanks keep working.

All good but might loose in long term
The belts are pretty good, quality and use wise.Only issue that I have is that, they are (specially the thigh one's) a bit extra wide.But again, I have got pumped using these like never before.You'll see the difference in your muscles within 2 weeks.

Bands are too wide
The bands work fine but according to my doctor, who practically invented the BFR training, the arm bands should not be wider than 1 1/2 (one and a half inches) and leg bands not more than two inches. So seeing as Amazon only sells the correct width with the outrageously expensive ones, I just got some strong sharp scissors and cut these down to 1.5 in wide and 2.0 in wide except for the buckle area. Not so difficult and the resultant frayed edge looks like it will not unravel. So I'm good to go.

Poor product
The cuufs are elastic, and blood flow can be restricted. It can't occlude blood flow. Cuffs for arms are good. But cuffs for leg i got are faulty and useless.
