The trucking company delivered promptly and the mower was easily assembled.

I wrote a review on this earlier, however, after using this mower for two years now I want to provide an update. DO NOT purchase this mower. There are no clear instructions on adjustments. The manual is different than the type of mower it is and does not provide clear instructions. I had to use trial and error to figure out an adjustment system. If something break or you need repair parts, Titan Corp. WILL not assist you at all. I have been trying to order a part for this mower for almost a year to no avail. If you ask to speak to a supervisor of the parts department, you'll get the same response over and over again, "We can elevate your issue and they'll get back to you." Thank God I wasn't holding my breath! I have NEVER receive a phone call and they have NEVER responded to my email. The WORST customer support I have ever experience with any company to date. They will NOT get you in touch with the manufacturer to speak with them either. It must be manufactured in Area 51. This mower is not well engineered. As they say, you get what you pay for. They show a different mower on their website (Colored orange and black) which looks better and engineered better but to me, it's a bait and switch tactic. Not a fan of this mower. Don't purchase it because if you do and need assistance......Talk to a wall. You'll get a better response.

Drive belts are very stretchy. Had to keep tightening them. They would overheat almost to the point of catching on fire. Making sure all joints had ample grease was not enough to save the inevitable conclusion of the loss of all three belts, which I believe were manufactured in china. Make sure all bolts are torqued down/ tightened properly.

Works great use it around my ponds to cut the banks no more weed waking

After tightening every bolt when it came in, because every review said it "they would be loose", they were and we tightened them.After running for only 1 hour 2 bolts still worked loose and lost all the oil. Gear box locked up. Can't mow.
