We've been looking for a long time for a stylish light fixture for over a computer table in our home office. This light is the perfect choice. Very good looking design and extremely functional. The light intensity is easily adjusted as is the direction of the light, so you can have just the amount of light you need, right where you need it. The intensity ranges from extremely bright to very dim, which is helpful for a broad range of ambient lighting conditions. The light color is pleasantly warm. Plus it's an LED so the fixture doesn't get hot and it uses very little energy. It's really perfect for our application.

It does not bend but one way.

This lamp has an internal bright light that cannot be disabled in its base. In the night, the light from the on-off button is far too bright and leaks out the back side of the mount with enough intensity to cast a shadow. I have a double piece of gray duct tape over the button that must be pealed back to operate the button. A really dumb solution for such an upscale appearing product. Apparently the LED lamp for actual reading never quite goes out so is its own dull illumination when what you want is complete darkness. Too late to return, I may throw it away and start over. The lamp is bright but it's installation options are severely limited. I wall mounted the unit. I was quite frustrated to find out that you can't use a wall switch to control the unit. You can turn the power on/off with a wall switch but the lamp 'boots up' after a few seconds, always in the off position. This means you have to switch on the lamp twice once on the wall, once on the wall, then on the unit itself. This means, practically you MUST leave the unit powered on and always use the switch on the unit. This is very disappointing as the unit is mounted above our heads and not easy to reach. We feel we have not choice but to return the unit as it can't be controlled through a wall switch.

Love the light from our new bedside lamps. Only complaint is that the power button glows even when the light is off. Luckily we have the lights on an external switch, so we can turn the glow off when we are sleeping. Tried to order these from my local shop, but then was told the were back-ordered. Found them on Amazon the same day and they were at my house in 2 days with prime.
