what size for someone who is 5'0 and 140?

I'm 5'5" and 130. It fits snug, but comfortable around my hips and thighs so I would say a medium, it fit me fine. You could go large if you aren't sure, I can't imagine it would be a huge difference in size. I usually go between a large and a medium in clothes depending on the brand.
