For the price, it's a great knife. It looks good. It gets attention. It's super sharp right out of the box. There were no flaws with the finish or blade. It IS MADE IN CHINA, but the price reflects that. It feels great in the hand. The weight is nice, not heavy but not too light. Its definitely not up to the same tasks as an actual clever, but you can definitely chop through some less dense bones like pork or chicken. I gave 5 stars across the board because at this price point, it is well worth the money.

Das Messer war ein Geschenk für einen leidenschaftlichen Hobbykoch. Der Griff und das leichte Gewicht sind bei diesem Messer besonders und erleichtern/verbessern die Arbeit damit. Auch optisch stellt dieses Messer ein Highlight in der Küche dar.Der Beschenkte ist bisher sehr zufrieden!

Not only is this knife razor sharp, supremely functional and perfectly weighted, it is stunning to look at as well. For those who like a larger knife with more than purpose you simply cannot go past this awesome multi purpose tool. Whether you need to cut or cleave this knife will do it all.I just cannot give Dalstrong enough credit for their fantastic range of products and the quality that they bring to each one. I am beginning to replace all my older kitchen knives and have no qualms doing it with more Dalstrong knives.

Man öffnet die Verpackung und ist direkt geflashed. Super Verpackung, paar Goodies und dann kommt das Messer! Selten so eine tolle Verarbeitung gesehen und direkt "out of the box" ist es sau-scharf. :-) Werde mir aufgrund der tollen Verarbeitung, sowie des angemessenen Preises, definitiv noch mehr Dalstrong Messer kaufen.
