What can I say, the planter is absolutely lovely and my mum adores it, as does everyone else that has seen it; it arrived well packed with the legs removed (the parcel included screws to fix the legs on) which I thought very prudent as a previous seller I tried to order this from did not do this and did put any packaging inside to cushion the planter. It has a drainage hole at the bottom so any plants in it can drain properly when watered- not all planters have drainage holes which is very annoying. I was worried that the legs might be wonky or uneven when attached but it was absolutely fine and perfectly balanced. Comms from seller prior to delivery were excellent and gratefully received. Cannot recommend this product or seller enough, outstanding!

Bought as a gift for my wife. First one arrived before her birthday, delivered in a paper bag with one sheet of thin bubble wrap around the item. As it is resin and brittle, one of the ears was shattered. I returned the item informing them that the packaging was inadequate, and ordered another. Second one arrived late in the day on her birthday, again in a paper bag and damaged.The planter is nice, but I would advise against buying it as the packaging is not up to ensuring that it will arrive intact.

This is brought for a birthday gift and will be received very well nothing broken and simple to put together, will be a centre piece for there garden.

I liked the look of this planter and was looking forward to it joining the cat made by the same firm unfortunately never saw it in one piece from Smart Garden Products .First time arrived in cardboard box broken in two with not one single scrap of packing .Sent back thinking that was just a one off .Replacement arrived about 4 days later in 2 pieces with ONE small scrap of bubble wrap .My advice is don`t bother with Smart Garden Products because there not bothered about you or there product !
