easy assembly. minimal pieces to assemble. completed assembly of 7 piece set by myself in about and hour. looks nice under our new pergola. seem sturdy, but time will tell so i can't review sturdiness at this point. cushions are surprisingly comfortable. This isn't a $1000 set, so i wasn't expecting lazy boy comfort, but was pleasantly surprised. cushions did not deform from sitting on them the first time like some reviews said. they were firm, yet comfortable and held their shape well. we are a family of 6, 2 average sized adults (not small), 3 children, and a dog, and we have all been on the furniture. Came with a kit to repair damaged wicker strands, which can happen when assembling or just from use of wicker furniture. came in 3 seperate boxes and 2 separate shipments. this is where i think the seller could improve. I was not aware it would arrive in 2 separate shipments on 2 seperate days. I received 2 boxes one day, which consisted of 5 of the 7 pieces, and it said my package was delivered on amazon. contacted the seller to tell them i was missing a box, and they informed me the third box was still out for delivery, and provided me with the tracking number. I received it the very next day. Kudos to customer service, but would be helpful to inform the customer of this ahead of time. one box arrived with a hole in it in the shape of a fork from a fork truck. looked like whoever loaded it on the truck put their fork through the box. I was not home to reject the delivery. when removing the pieces from the box, i noticed 3 pieces had damage to the wicker. holes that weren't repairable with the repair kit that was supplied. This wasn't the fault of the seller, but i notified them of the damage, sent pictures of the damage and the labels on the damaged pieces. I told them this is a large item, and it's a hassle to try and box it back up and send it back, assuming the box isn't destroyed from unpackaging. they sent new ones no questions asked. As long as their customer service stays top notch, i would buy from them again.

Product was easy to assemble by myself. It came in 3 separate boxes, but if you contact the seller they will provide tracking for the other 2 boxes.It's very comfortable and the pillows plump up once they are out of the plastic for a day. There was no chemical or factory smell.I was pleasantly surprised by how long the couch is, I can fully lay out on it without touching the ends.I also like that it's modular so we can move the sections around depending on our needs.

Nice outside feel

The cushions are firm and comfortable. They look is very nice. The individual pieces can be placed in a variety of set ups and they are easy to move. I was a little concerned they looked thin, but their good. It assembled relatively easy, but with all these types of assembly’s you’ll need some patience. We weren’t missing any items. It’s a new purchase so durability is an open question. Overall very pleased. The pups love it too!

Love this set. It's sturdy, was easy to put together and is comfortable. The only thing I would say about the back pillows is they could be a little thicker. But overall I am very satisfied with this purchase! It looks great in my sunroom.

The instructions wasn’t clear so I found a similar set on YouTube to follow. Overall the furniture was well packaged and sturdy. I’ll be able to tell how well it holds up over time. I did purchase a waterproof cover to protect against the rain and weather. Overall I’m pleased with the material and look.

Seat Cushions are extremely low quality. After sitting on one for a few hours it is permanently deformed. No, I'm not a fat American, 173 lb male. The seats themselves are good construction but the cushions are horrible.

Feel like I’m sitting on bricks. Gonna reach out to Amazon to see if there’s something that could be done.
