It's actually a glossy paint!
The paint has a glossy finish once it is dried. I like it even though it means i can't use half of this and half of my old paint which is matte

Colors are beautiful!!!
I just got them... haven't actually used them, yet, still drawing a pattern - but, these colors are gorgeous and will save me time mixing and trying to get slightly lighter are darker colors for shading. The price is really good, I'm really happy!
