These packs are nice and convenient. Each 'set' is packed in a tear-open pouch that helps to preserve freshness. After about a week I began to feel like I was creating a lot of waste from the discarded packaging, so I'll switch to loose tablets in the future. Great idea, this would be perfect for travelling and I may set a few aside to be used while backpacking.

This "Centrum Wellness Packs for Men 40+ (Individually Sealed for each Day)" 30-days supply is easy to use, it is a dietarian in a box, all figured out for you. No more looking thru and acquiring a whole bunch of supplements products individually, and trying to figure them out, cross-checking each of them to make sure there are no duplication (that may need to over-dose of a certain vitamin or supplement).Centrum is a good supplement brands, I had been using them for years, in particularly their "multi-vitamins". And this "Wellness Packs" seems to be a well designed product, you get a pretty good "complete multivitamin" that covers basically everything you needed, and then on top of that, you get a Vitamin C boost (10x DV), a MSM supplement that is known to promote healthy muscle/cartilage/connective tissues (needed for our aging muscle and joints), and another supplement that contains lutein/zeaxanthin for eye/vision health.It really kind of have everything I am generally looking for, with this product, I basically just need to take it and no need for anything else (except maybe some ginseng product). I decided to try this Centrum Wellness Pack because it already contains 4 of the supplements that I take each day.....A multivitamin, Vitamin C, MSM, and Lutein. However, it does not contain everything. I still take a CoQ10 supplement, extra calcium & B12 in addition to what the multivitamin contains, and a probiotic. But at least it simplifies things a bit. I will have to do the math to determine if buying a 30-day supply of this Centrum Wellness Pack is a better deal than buying large bottles of each of those supplements separately like I'm used to doing. These prepackaged supplements would be very handy when traveling, so that you don't have to sort all of your vitamins into one of those containers with a compartment for each day.

I have been using Centrum Silver for quite some time. I decided to give Wellness Pack a try for the economy of taking the vitamin and additional C, MSM and Lutein all in the same packet. For a vitamin I trust and the additional benefits of the three supplements, the price is reasonable. I am looking forward to seeing if the MSM and Lutein will have any positive effect. But I suspect, like most supplements, it is more about extending good health and the prevention of maladies rather than fixing something. I also think there is overall less plastic in the packaging compared to if I were to purchase the individual supplements in their own bottles.

There is an awful lot more of some vitamins, especially the water-solubile ones like B and C, than anyone really needs. These just wash through the body (hence the seriously yellow pee). To me that is a waste.None of the pills is super large, so they are all easy to swallow. In fact, tbey fit into a smallish daily pill organizer.

For $.83/day, these packs are selected & portioned out for you, making them the ultimate in convenience for travel & any kind of on-the-go!My husband already takes a Centrum for Men multivitamin + Vitamin C + calcium w/D, so adding the MSM & the lutein is fine with him - worth a try to see if there’s any noticeable positive effects.Cost-wise, I’m sure it’s cheaper to buy the big bottles & fill a daily pill box thing, but this box means you can reach in, open a pack, & be done.Definitely worth trying if you’re already a vitamin-taker & packaged so easily that a reluctant vitamin taker (my brothers) may be willing to try!**Thank you for reading this review & I hope that it’s Helpful!**
