Enjoy wearing this product. I nailed the correct size this time around.

Fortunately, I had read all the reviews prior to purchase. It definitely runs very small. I wear a medium and bought an x-large but probably should even go up one more size, if offered. I do like this product, I have lost over 200lbs and need all the support I can get. I was also having problems with my leg and the doctor suggested compression stockings . Well we all know "classy" they look when you wear sandals, which I wear 99% of the time. So I found this did a good job controlling the swelling in my leg. I would have given it 5 stars if it didn't run so small

Fortunately, I read other reviews before ordering, which lead me to ordering mine 5 sizes larger than I would normally wear. It is very snug, but that is what I want in a garment like this. It is made very well. The color is more of a yellow than a beige and I am afraid it might show through some of my lighter clothing, but haven't tried it yet. My other concern is the pattern with stitching in the front for the tummy control. It definitely provided tummy control, however, the pattern shows through light weight pants. The Rago pant liner is stiffer than the long leg girdle that it is replacing. I've looked for over a year for a replacement and this is the best I could find. It will work nicely.

I wore it under my pants and jeans

I usually wear a 2x or size 20 pants, after reading the reviews which i greatly appreciated, I ordered 2 sizes up, the 3x i never tried on and returned. the 4x also ordered I managed to get on in a desperate act to wear under my mother of the groom dress, but was way to uncomfortable and tight to dance in. it did do the job though and smoothed things out. No giggles at all !! they did however make a shush noise when walking.... not great but the music helped!

I researched online a lot before I bought these. The sizing is what concerned me the most. Once I found what size to order I ordered it here as I love the return policy that Amazon has. Because I did this I will not be returning them as they are perfect. Tight but not too small. I did not like the convenience bathroom use opening, and sewed it closed. Other than that it is perfect.

Great highest quality product just runs super small - I never wear an XL, I ordered up and bought Large - ouch! Uncomfortably tight!

This is a copy of my review of the 6X, though they are, naturally, even smaller.Having read other reviews, I ordered both two sizes larger and three sizes larger than other shapers I've been wearing, and even these, two sizes up, were too small. Also, the fabric is rather stiff and uncomfortable; that might have changed once the garment was laundered, but since I was returning them I didn't try. (That might not have been such a problem had I not been ordering them to wear pretty much round-the-clock, as a compression aid for lymphedema in the legs.) They really cut my inclination to do much exercising at all.

This is well made, but very, very firm and tight. I am looking for something to smooth out my but, not squeeze it to a misshape. I am 5’6” and 139 lbs and ordered an XL. It is so tight, it is uncomfortable. I can’t wear it. Well made, but way too tight . I was hoping for something that feels like spanks: This wasn’t it.

Order 2 sizes larger than you are and you will be fine
