Fisher-Price Little People Songs & Sounds Camper

We purchased this for our 16 month old son. This is an awesome toy for a number of different reasons. First off, I did not realize from reading reviews or looking at pictures but when you open the camper up in the back, most of the inside unfolds and stays attached to the camper (read: less accessories to get lost). The only pieces that are completely loose are the 2 campers, the dog, 2 chairs, and a boat with a fishing pole, everything else folds/unfolds when you open or close the camper. After you close the camper there's plenty of room to put the loose pieces in the opening on top so everything stays together, making this toy super simple to put away or take with you on trips. The camper itself also has working wheels so your toddler can not only play with the camper when its open and unfolded, but they can play with it as a moving vehicle as well. My son is still very young so he mostly enjoys examining all of the pieces, pushing the buttons or flipping the things that make sounds, watching the campfire light up, and rolling the camper around on the floor. Once he's actually old enough to understand and do true pretend play he will have even more fun with this toy. I love that the Fisher-Price toys grow with them and are fun to play with for many years. We are very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone with a toddler. We are looking forward to bringing this toy with us when we take our son camping in May!

This is the cutest little toy!! I bought this for a Christmas gift for my almost 2 year old. My boys love to go camping and I know they will love this! I bought my 3 year old the little people set with the tent and moose so I could give them partner gifts that they can play with together. This r.v. far exceeded my expectations. It is a good size (larger then I expected) and has a lot of features, more features then I noticed in pictures. I also like that it is multi functional since I don't have a lot of space I prefer toys to have many ways to play. You can unfold it and set up a camp scene or fold it back up and drive it around. Partnered with the little people tent camping set I can see my boys playing with them for hours. So glad I can use this as a theme for the gifts I give my boys this holiday season. And it reminds me of my favorite Christmas gift from my own childhood, a Barbie R.V.! :) I think this toy will hold up much better though, it looks to be built to be played with pretty rough. Overall I'm so stupidly pleased I found this because it is such a unique little toy.

I love the Little People brand - it's been around for many years and I played with Little People toys when I was a kid! This cute little set is nice and my daughter enjoys playing with the pieces and parts. Personally, I think it has the most annoying songs and sound effects but that is just me being a young mom! The things we do for our children! But it's a great toy and she still plays with it and has almost had it a year. It closes up and can be rolled around on the floor or opened up with cute little lawn chairs, a fishing boat and fishing rod, and a little boy/girl character and a dog to go with it. I recommend this as long as you can keep the "off" button in place to avoid the annoying "camp" songs!

My daughter and nephews love this little camper! Their Mimi and Poppy have a real RV so they like to play pretend with their toy camper. The accessories it comes with are super cute, and the songs and dialogue it plays is a really nice feature as well. The quality of the Little People sets are always great although our dog has gotten a hold of a few of the little people in our collection that met their untimely demise. RIP. Good news though, they sell replacement people separately.This is a great brand and if your child understands camping, rvs, tents, fishing, outdoorsy stuff, etc, they will certainly love this set. There's also the separate tent with sleeping bags that we purchased at the same time we got this one and they play with them together.

This is a wonderful Fisher Price Little People toy that I have not seen over and over again. It has fun songs and does not have an annoying voice. I love how everything folds up to the inside of the camper and opens up to make for a fun camp site. The fishing pole can mount to a bunch of different spots. Well made! Thank you Fisher Price.

My grandson loves this toy. He is only 9 mos. but can open the camper by himself and remove the items to play with (sort of). Mostly they go in his mouth but he loves the dog and all the sounds the camper makes. He dances to the various camping songs. The only thing a don't like about it is getting all the people and chairs, etc. back into the camper when you close it. They basically just get dropped in the closed camper through the windows. There don't appear to be specific spots for each piece before you close it.

We go camping all the time in our RV (use to be tent, then pop-up, now rv) and our kids love to go. I got this for my 3 turning 4 year old for his birthday and now he can play camping all the time. He loves the boat and takes the people and dog around the house to fish. He also cooks pretend fish, hot dogs, and marshmallows over the fire. He has a blast with this toy. He can also easily pack the RV up and go camping somewhere else. He always says "There's more to see!" Little People toys are also very durable and I know this will last a long time.

Gave this to my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter for Christmas. She loved all the sounds and songs, and I love that it all fits in the camper when you are done playing with it. Now, a couple months after Christmas, she is enjoying the pretend part of the play. Sitting the figures around the campfire, or putting one of them in the boat for fishing. The dog even goes camping - so fun. I was hoping it would get her excited to camp. Little people are awesome toys.
