Ho acquistato il balsamo, già utilizzato in precedenza ma il prodotto non corrisponde, ha la densità di uno shampoo e lascia i capelli secchissimi. Contatto il venditore per indicare il problema, che però secondo lui non esiste e ci tiene a precisare che il prodotto è originale. Pessima figura
