This huge bag has lasted all year. It's been put in indoor planting, outdoor planting - can't believe how little goes a long way. And I can't believe the difference in price here compared to buying in local garden centres. It would cost £100 for the same amount if I bought it in the local shops in small bags.Repotting swiss cheese plants using a perlite and soil mix has improved their root drainage massively and makes shifting the plant around a lot easier as the container is now half the weight, as perlite is super light.Outdoor veg and flower troughs are now less hassle to move around too and the perlite means roots get a great chance to spread fast and drain easily - which is a bonus in windy, rainy Scotland. I've also been adding it to areas of soil the garden which house plants best grown in grit and they seem to be thriving even though the sun was WEFfing stolen from us this Summer for a month and a half the day after solstice.Giant bag of great quality perlite. Easy to store, even though it's big, because it's so easy to shift around. Absolute bargain. Going to order next year's bag now.About to buy next year's bag.

Never used perlite before but thought I'd take the plunge and bought the largest pack. Definitely well worth its' money and plenty left over for further planting projects. It did seem a tad dusty whilst using but that's only to be expected I suppose. Will certainly buy more when needed.

A 10 ltr bag of perlite cost us £10 at a garden centre. This bag was 100 ltr for £23. Such great value. This helps drainage in soil and when mixed with compost and gardening grit it makes a much lighter mixture than compost alone. We have used this in all pots where good drainage is essential. We will also use it next spring when sowing seeds.

Good product but very dusty. Wear a mask.Also, bag was split on arrival.

Amazing value. A little dusty but hey look how much you`re getting for the price! I use a lot of Perlite mixed with compost for my greenhouse and house plants so this bulk bag is fantastic value. I would advise handling Perlite in a well ventilated area - outside if possible.

Been looking for a large quantity of Perlite for a while as I use loads in my gardening / house plant endeavours. This is the best and cheapest I have found. Beats paying £11 for 10 ltrs at garden centres. Plus it was delivered a day earlier than forecast, bonus all round.
