Great Idea!
I have a Wald 137 basket with bag on one of my bikes. The bag interferes with my headlight when mounted to my handlebars. This is the answer! Simple, but genius! I use a Cygolite clamp on light and it fits this unit so long as you don't use any shims on the mount clamp.

This works nicely with a Wald basket on my bike. It is a little expensive for what it is, and I wish that it came in silver as well as black. But I like it, and use it.

Stay after dark
Cool design. Works well on my Wald basket on my trek tandem cruiser. We can have a picnic and watch the sun set and ride home after dark.
