Very comfortable
Big relief for my feet and good price

Does not last.
I wear these only when I walk my dog (about 2.5 miles each day.) Very comfortable but the insides near the heal have come apart. I'd expect they'd last longer, considering the price.

fit and laces {UPDATED WEAR ISSUES}
These fit good and provides a solid walking surface - for far the heels have not noticeable worn down (after about 100 miles walking on flat surfaces/highways/sidewalks etc. Not sure if "that much" better than leading brands on comfort but nevertheless a good shoe (so far.) The extra "inserts" are a good adder to the product ware.A small complaint is the lacing. The lace opening at tongue top is small (less than 1 inch). The laces do not slide well in the grommets which are not "metal or plastic" but same fabric as the lace so friction is high. The laces are same color as shoe so it is also difficult to see when laced up - how to pull lace tighter it is a chore. The laces do not "undo easily either. Getting fingers under laces to pull is difficult. So it take s bit of time to put on and take off the shoes.7/26/21 After about 8 weeks of use (around 500 miles walking) the wear at heel became very noticeable. The Blue Crescent heel insert is wearing well [see pic] BUT the outside sole next to the crescent is not wearing well at all. The product might be improved IF the Blue Crescent is extended a bit down the outside edge. I will not likely repeat buy - while this shoe fits well and it comfortable etc its' wear is not any better then lesser priced products from other name brands. Otherwise, good shoe.

Great Shoes...BUT 🤷🏻‍♂️
The shoe itself is much more comfortable than I ever thought it would be, but I do have a couple SMALL critiques. First, the tongue of the shoe is annoyingly thin and get scrunched up and ends up sliding to the left or right after I lace everything up and start my activity (which is officiating basketball games for the state of Indiana). It’s not a huge problem, but it definitely is annoying. Second, the shoe fits very much bigger than expected and they are naturally wider than normal shoes. I ordered the “wide” version at size 12 and it’s REALLY WIDE with a lot of extra room in there for my feet.I am annoyed at the “return policy” for these shoes through Amazon, too. I would’ve definitely returned the shoe to get a “regular” width in a size 11.5, but in order to do that I would’ve had to purchase the new shoes and pay for the shipping to return the original ones. Then, AFTER they receive the pair I had to pay to return, they’d eventually get around to refunding me...eventually! These are $150 shoes so going through that tedious and slow process just isn’t in the cards for me (and probably a lot of other folks, too).So, I’m basically stuck with a VERY NICE and VERY COMFORTABLE pair of shoes that are just a little bit bigger than I’d like. If the shoes actually fit me properly then I’d absolutely be able to leave a FIVE STAR rating.

With modifications, a useable shoe.
1st impression/SMALL critiques: for me the additional supports are just not comfortable, however using a different set/brand of arch supports make these shoes good enough.Next: The Shoe lasses that come with these shoes could/should be better. I don’t like a stretchy shoe lass (does anybody?) . The combination of these lasses and the lass holes being too close together make it difficult to get the shoes to the proper tightness.I replaced the supplied lasses with better ones, then used every other hole = much better adjustments (so far).

Really good shoes
These shoes are really good in terms of quality, fitting may be a little bit costly. These shoes come with two extra inner soles that are really helpful for your legs.

Not a good runner.
I really wanted to like the shoe. However, upon arrival, I was greatly disappointed. There are many aspects of the shoe that need to be redesigned. First of all, the fit is extremely big and by big, I mean from the bottom of the foot to the top of the foot. Not a normal shoe fit issue I know but here is the problem. They designed the shoes so that you can inner-change different insoles. To do this they had to make the shoe taller. So what's the problem? Well if you are an average person you will not need the double insoles and this causes a lacing issue. There's so much additional shoe at the top of the foot by the time you tighten your laces you have binding. The top of the shoe is scrunched up and the very very thin unpadded tongue that they, unfortunately, decided to go with, also binds up putting pressure on the veins at the top of your foot. And as we all know, when we run, our feet tend to swell with blood, pulsing in and out our veins during athletic exertion. This makes the shoe extremely uncomfortable during exercise. Also, I find their padding technology to be too hard and it actually fatigues the foot rather than comforts it. I did find that the shoe was a good-looking shoe with nice materials however it is just not conducive to a good running shoe.
