V2 Hotpot Grill Combo, Indoor Korean BBQ, Shabu Shabu Electric Hot Pot with Divider, Portable with Free Strainer Scoops, Extra Long Chopsticks, Tongs, Cloths, Smokeless Grill

TLDR: A steal for the money; fast heating on both hot-pot and grill; easy to clean; utensils provided.So, I've been looking around for a combo cooker for a while and I was hesitant to pull the trigger on this one since there's a lot of competition. But I can honestly say that this was a great purchase and wholeheartedly recommend this product to anyone buying a starter combo cooker or replacing an old one. The unit comes with its own heat toggle (0-6) that heats up very fast and cooks meat (grill) very quickly. I used beef brisket to test the heat and on 3, the meat cooked at about 1 minute! The hot pot split is also really helpful as you can have 2 flavors going at the same time. Clean up is also super easy. One of the biggest surprises for me was the complimentary utensils provided. It comes with 2 strainers, tongs, and long chop sticks! And wow do they work!Anyway, read the TLDR, but once again, solid bang for buck. You can't go wrong here!

Used once, only the pot is constantly heating up, grill keeps turning off and can't cook evenly.

The Soup N Grill V2 hotpot grill was simple to clean with the three microfiber cloth and nonstick surface. We loved that there was two power sources, one for the hotpot and one for the grill. It is great because sometimes we just want to grill and not use the hotpot function - so we just had to use one of the power plugs! Very flexible and convenient.Also take a look at the packaging, everything is sealed and protected. Assuming UPS doesn't shake too much during travel and shipping, your grill should be good as new perfectly like mine!Originally. I was worried about the size and dimensions of the hotpot grill but I am relieved as the whole set and hotpot grill came with the exact dimensions written in the description. It seems to me that the negative reviews here did not read the description at all because it was definitely as big as labelled.It is also clear this company continues to improve the product as this is the V2 version. I am excited to see a future V3 version for better improvement and meanwhile, I am very content and happy with my grill! Highly recommend, 10/10!

First time used it was amazing. Second time used one of the heating elements Burt out leaving us with the griddle section not cooking. The broth was hot but the meat on the griddle section was raw. Very disappointed in this product because the first time i used it it was so great. Second time I used it was for a gathering and it died. Very unreliable

The media could not be loaded.  Firstly, my Soup N Grill V2 came in with the nicest packaging, styrofoam, and definitely show careful consideration when shipping. All the accessories were included and worked just as described. The grill was wrapped with plastic and each accessory was individually bagged up. The box also looked identical to the picturesHad our third family meal with the Soup N Grill V2 and everyone had a blast kbbq and doing shabu shabu hotpot simultaneously. It was great grilling while having soup and the kids got to participate too! This was a great purchase, highly recommend and would be an excellent gift for any occasion. 10/10

I used it a 2nd time within a few days from receiving it.. one of the plugs broke. I had to return it.

Easy to clean kept the soup hot an cooked the meat the way I wanted it!

Out of the pack and used for Korean BBQ night. Seemed to work fine for about 30 min. Then heating element stopped working. Power was still good to the grill. Had to keep swapping heating element to get through dinner. Also, there is no grease catch on each side of grill. Honestly, this grill is typical cheap junk…shop somewhere else! Bought this for a birthday gift and it set in the box for about 4 months before first use. Tried to return with no luck.

Works great if you only plug in the soup part or the grill part 1 at a time but blows the fuse every time I try to use both. I had to run a extension cord so that they are both on different fuses or i was running to the fuse box and flipping the switch every couple of minutes.It looks great but I wouldn’t recommend it.
