It’s been a month and it is a charm for Indian cooking especially chutneys and when u need to blend something in small quantities. Makes smooth nut creams as well.

Product Failure and Negligent Service Standards.
Giving this review with profound dissatisfaction with both the product quality and the substandard level of support I have received. The item failed within 3 months of purchase, suggesting a significant lack of quality control.Furthermore, my attempt to resolve this through company warranty program was met with bureaucratic excuses that rendered the 'guarantee' effectively meaningless. BOSS Support from India only redirect to ajelectronics in USA.This frustration was compounded by a customer service that was unresponsive, unprofessional, and entirely unwilling to provide a viable solution. Based on this experience I would suggest stay away from this product and better donate your money on some noble cause

This item works well for grinding wet and dry products. It makes dosa kheeru really smooth and non gritty.

Small jars and noisy
The jars were much smaller than expected. The small chutney jar was noisy, so was the dry grinder jar. Expected a better finished and working product.

Mixer-Grinder stoped working in two months.
I had purchchased this grinder by end of March. , i only have used this blender for less than 3 times for minor use it suddenly stop working yesturday while using . I chose this product out of all other options i had from other brand. Spending good price. Ther's no refund or support available. It was total loss of money. Very disappointing.Never recommanding to anyone .

Rubber was not fit for one of Jar
I ordered this after seeing good reviews. After receiving my order and during first use, I found that the Rubber (which should be attached) for biggest jar is malfunctioned and not shipped separately. So, for me the big Jar is of no use. I have to return it. Lets see when i would get replacement or refund for same.
