The product *did* function. However, it is very fragile.

I unpacked it: nice little carrying case, nice set of gloves, pressure gauge on the hose: looked all good. Turned on the engine of my little Nissan pickup and plugged the air compressor into the cigarette lighter. It worked beautifully on the first tire -- except for the fact that the air pressure gauge showed a very squishy tire at 50 lbs PSI pressure. (And yes, I was reading the correct units on the pressure gauge.). But I didn't care about that because I have my own reliable pressure gauge that I could intermittently check the pressure with. Got the first tire up to 30 lbs in a minute or two. Time for the second tire. This time, the air compressor hose kept leaking air back on my hand. I disconnected and reconnected it some ten times. You can tell from the sound of the air compressor engine whether it's actually getting air into the tire or not, because it slows down and works harder when it's connected correctly. (Plus, if it's connected correctly, you're not getting air blowing back on your hand.) So on this second tire, the only way I could get it to push air into the tire was to hold the hose rigid in a single position while it worked. But after many tries I was unable to get the half-flat tire to any pressure higher than 18 PSI (on my own accurate gauge.) Gave up for that day, came back to try again the next day, after wrapping hose-nozzle connection with some electrical tape to stop the leak. This time, the machine wouldn't turn on at all. It has a flashlight function, and that wouldn't even turn on. My truck was running and the cigarette lighter outlet works fine. I tried connecting, unconnecting, re-connecting. Nope: totally dead. Am returning it to Amazon today.

I was really excited to receive this to carry in my car since my tires are pretty sensitive to the weather changes. As soon as it came in the mail, I opened it and got it all set up to use. Within a minute or so, it stopped working completely. I put it away and tired again after some time, but it still wasn't working. It's on it's way back for a refund now.

It pumps fast and powerfully but the switch is for two operations: Air & Light, but when I pumped the light popped on. However, it did not work when turned on solo. It makes sense to have the pump and light together in low light situations but not during the day. Why the switch is designed like this and not working as indicated?

Took some time to figure it out. Instructions not real clear. For the price, it did it's job.

I tried the unit for the first time today. It's great. It seems to be solidly built. It was simple to use and filled my tires quickly.There's a spring loaded clamp, so I was able to connect the cord to my tire and wait a few minutes without actually holding and keeping the connection snug. Now I have a piece of mind keeping this compressor in my car at all times.Great product.

When using this pump only the first time, while pressuring the 4th of 4 tires, the valve where the two air hoses are connected came apart. Tried to repair it to get the 4th tire pressurized, but still leaked. Went to Lowe's to buy another in order to get the 4th tire pressurized. Attempting to get a refund.

Handy tool. Does pump up the tire quickly. Did the job but The motor gets hot very quickly. Thanks
