They put down a solid consistent line of ink however they do tend to be a little wet for a couple seconds after you write so just keep that in mind. The ink is a very vibrant blue and it’s pretty much what you would expect from pilot. The writing experience is also wonderful as it is a very smooth writing experience. These do have a tendency to bleed just a bit if you push down hard so don’t press down hard as you don’t need to in order to Get the ink to move. These are very comfortable to write with and they seem to last about average to other gel/rollerball pens. Maybe a little bit less simply because they do put down quite a bit more ink.
