Beneficial
Recommend by the DR to lower my thyroid levels to a normal level. Very beneficial to my health, energy levels increased, slept better. However, the seaweed is a very strong taste one I couldn’t get used too and had to resort to downing it with water.

Tasty but greasy
Nice seaweeds crisps to eat as a snack and food supplement. However there is grease in the pack and on opening the first one it was a bit messy, so to eat with something to wipe your fingers on.

Received a not so good batch
Ive bought this brand before from the same shop, so I was surprised that the second order I made, I receive what tasted like a stale batch.The seaweed wasnt crispy, it was soft and seemed stale to me, like air had gotten into each pack.
