I love this tower cooker... I have fond memories of when my mum had one in the 1970s... It didn't disappoint... Easy temperature control.. A whole breakfast can be made in it and cleaned up so easily. Looking forward to all I can do with it.

gets hot very quickly, and so far I have not used it beyond the minimum heat setting as it is difficult to keep it at the right temperature at the higher settings. Nonetheless, I have found it ideal for larger food dishes such as paella, stews etc. Easy to wipe clean after use. It is quite light, so I am unsure how robust it will be in the long term, but it is an occasional use item for me and so fits the bill

The controller was faulty as it didn't start heating until no3 so we only had heat on 3,4 &5 but more frustratingly was when it reached the set temperature it would switch off and cool before heating again, continuously on & off, so even though it was supposed to be controlling the temperatures, the difference between the on & off times made it difficult to cook with.This does seem to be an issue with all these electric hotplates that use the same controller, and there are many, so look at the temperature controller before you buy this or a other model, as they are basically all the same and don't have a constant heat control.

Wanted one of these for ages for mainly breakfast cooking for family and guests. Great value for money and easy to use.

Can’t continuously cook things because the heat turns off when the skillet is too hot

Bought this to replace the one I had this is easy to clean non stick cooks in half the time
