Very good siren for the price
The media could not be loaded. I was a little skeptical for the $100 price for the unit. But I am very impressed so far, the control box some people say is a little big but the way the switch gear is set up I understand it. The knob for the volume and the switches are awesome. Very solid clicks when changing siren tones or to the PA. As well as for turning the volume on or off. The text on the box are green back lit so in the dark you know what setting you are on. I have mine mounted just behind the driver's door to the frame rail of the truck (2022 F250) with the speaker pointed at the ground and it is very loud as you can probably tell from the video. The control box I 3M taped it with double sided tape and attached the mic to the box itself (I didn't want to drill into the center console if I could avoid it) It is very sturdy from bouncing around the last few days it hasnt moved at all. Then ran the wires under the driver's seat and the rear floor mat to the rear seat tool box. I drilled a small hole through a pass through in the tool box under the rear seat. Ford apparently designed that for just this application to get wiring under the truck. Then drilled some pilot holes and used self tappers to mount the bracket. The speaker attaches to the bracket with 2 14mm bolts with various washers provided. Power I connected the red/black wires to a 12v cigarette lighter adapter that had bare ends to connect the wires to. In total with various tools and wire loom, electrical tape, connectors etc. You'd be in for about $150-175. As well as I made it to where no matter what truck I get in the future I can unbolt it easily and transfer it to the next vehicle. 2-3 hour weekend project but very happy with the results. I'll update as time goes on to see how the unit holds upUpdate 5/3/25Switched to a 2024 F250 and the siren still held strong even through the Illinois winter. Sprayed some metal protector (Fluid Film $8) on the speaker to prevent it from rusting. Not a spec anywhere other than the mounting bolts I used. My old man got tired of the main box getting in the way of his leg since it sits in line with the seat. So I retired it for another siren that has all the buttons on the PA mic. But I am going to miss it for the ruggedness. Anytime I needed it it always worked as long as the cigarette lighter adapter didn't come unplugged lol. Solid product for the price, no complaints

Good quality, easy installation with the provided videos! Very impressive noise quality
Wow! Very impressive. Took about an hour and a half to install with some extra tools needed (would recommend knowing how to properly connect electronics throughout a car beforehand) installing on my 4Runner was a fun activity and now I have a fun new tool! Also the siren is much louder then you’ll expect at first. Haven’t tried out the durability of the speaker yet but it is heavy and well built enough to confidently say that it will do well on moderate off roading extensions.

Good system with FIXED microphone cord
Easy to set up with Included instructions. Offers auxiliary inputs for radios, scanners, etc. Speaker seems to be of good quality and has a nice LOUD variable volume. I would purchase this again, but next time get the unit with a detachable microphone since this one is fixed. Includes necessary hardware for mounting under dash, but mine is going under the seat. Take your time and make a clean install. Remember this unit has a FIXED microphone cord so it always stays attached. Good value. I like it.

The noise level is a bit disappointing
So this was extremely easy to mount and wire into my wrangler. It only took around two hours. Very straight forward. I picked this PA system out in specific because I watched the reviews and Amazon videos for this and was impressed with how loud it seemed to be. If anyone reading this has a jeep, you’ll know the stock horn is pretty lousy. So I decided to get this to have a better horn and to talk to people while off roading. I will say I am impressed with the microphone. It’s not very muffled so you can hear pretty clearly what someone is saying through it. Everything works as intended. What I’m not impressed with is the volume. When at a stop the system sounds super loud but after you get to around 35+ miles per hour, it’s very quiet. I’d even say it’s quieter than the stock horn which defeats the purpose as to why I bought this. I was driving behind my mom at 45 mph, honking and using the siren and the pa microphone. I was maybe 10 feet behind her and her radio wasn’t on very loud. She said she didn’t hear a thing. This was extremely disappointing. I may update this review if I figure something out with it but as of now, at the max volume, this isn’t what it’s hyped up to be :(
