Incredible upgrade worth what I paid and when Amazon dropped their price they dropped mine also!
We love the TV. I got the curved version as it is a slight curve and has the same speakers as the much more costly G6 version. I also saved about $500 over the E6 flat and we always wanted to try the curve. The picture is as good as they say it is and so far everything has been almost perfect. I had a problem with the remote signal being blocked somehow and called LG. They sent me a new remote immediately after troubleshooting. The picture and adjustments to it are all exceptional. I really enjoy the tiny special features like the 300% zoom for reading those things on the screen that I always want to see even if they can't be seen or read under normal magnification, like newspapers, book pages and the like. I'm always sure will hold some clue to the plot of the movie I'll miss if I can't see them and in the past, I had to get up and get right up on the screen to read them. The voice feature is not a constant thing but is available by holding the "mic" button down on the remote when/if you wish to use it. It's much easier to enter ID and passwords than previous models and the picture and sound quality is really superior as is the sound. The Bose QC35 BT headset always connects and when I move out of range (the other end of the house), they reconnect the moment I return to the usable range. Everything is really very intuitive on the TV as far as adjustments to everything as well as operation. The remote is very ergonomically designed and comfortable to hold. Choices for service like Netflix, Amazon, and the others are all there and the set is DirectV RVU ready. The "glass" screen is really sleek looking and has been easy to clean. It was delivered by Amazon and setup where I wanted it and they would've removed the box as well had I not been worried about needing to potentially return it. If I buy another larger one next time, I'll dump the box for sure as the TV is really well packed and there's a lot to toss later if you don't avail yourself of the "box removal" feature. It's just an all around terrific quality set and I'd definitely buy another or recommend it to a friend. OLED, 4K HDR is a real upgrade from just 4K on the Sony I had before. The picture is so crisp. I only wish I'd gotten the larger version now. You also get the LG Signature Concierge VIP service which replaced the remote as mentioned above right away after determining it didn't function properly. You still get what you pay for and I splurged to get this but my husband loves it. I love it even more I think...

Great picture but likes to give you picture burn in
this was my first Oled TV love the TV, great picture, ease of use but the TV is terrible when it comes to picture burn in. It has a pixel cleaner to get rid of ghosting/burn in but fails at cleaning them up. I have a 2020 Oled and have no issues at at with burn in, so the technology has gotten better.

Great TV if you don't mind Screen Burn-in
Purchased this TV at the end of November. While the picture is superior to LED, over the past couple of month TV has developed a Screen Burn-in, see included picture. This burn is visible in certain color combinations and is present across all channels/devices (aka Apple TV, etc). When noticed, went through recommended troubleshooting by resetting the TV panel, etc., nothing helped. Called LG support, send them the necessary photos, got a call back couple of days later advising me that burn in is not covered by manufacturing warranty and I need to contact third party support for them to diagnose/fix the issue. I was a bit shocked that a 4 month old $3k TV being used regularly, would first of all develop an issue like this and secondly the manufacturer would not address/repair. While I do like the TVs color texture and was impressed with its performance, the burn in problem is absolutely unacceptable, appears the company is selling consumers a partially developed technology and when issues arise declines to support their product. Unacceptable!!!

BEWARE OF IMAGE BURN!!! after 9 Months.
BUYER BEWARE!! My wife bought me this TV for Christmas (god love her), and I will be the first to admit the picture is AMAZING! especially playing 4k content. HOWEVER... I now have a CNN\MSNBC\NFL image burned into my screen. I also have the crawler shape burned into the screen. I called LG and they told me that I shouldn't watch anything with a static image for more than 2 hours. $5,000 and I can't watch football for more than 2 hours? I can't watch CNBC for more than 2 hours? Are you kidding me? Now comes the fun part... Image burn (even after 9 months) isn't covered by any warranty. As I was speaking to LG I asked well, how much is a new screen and this girl said "They are expensive... you'd be better off buying a new TV" Are you KIDDING ME!@# If you have this issue LG will NOT care, they will NOT help you. Here is the email I got from LG:***Begin Email***Thank you for taking the time to communicate to us why our product and/or service did not meet your expectations. They are still trying to work with LG for a resolution, but they wanted NOTHING to do with me. This was proven by the fact that they told me to get a new $5,000 TV.I wish I would have stayed with Samsung.
